Last updated 7 September 2026. This policy explains how Heeso handles information when you use the app and this website.

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, password hash). Guest accounts have no email. If you sign in with Google or Facebook we receive the name, email, and avatar those services share. We store likes, playlists, recent plays, follows, and purchase records needed to run your subscription.

Ads and consent

If ads are enabled, Google AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and similar signals. In the EEA, UK, and other regions where Google requires it, the app shows a Google UMP consent form before personalized ads. Premium subscribers do not see ads when that option is on in admin.
